 Entrance to the MAIN VILLA is through wooden doors into roomy hallway with guest toilet. Steps up to large,, tastefully furnished lounge with fireplace and log burner. The COTTAGE, which is situated across the pool from the main villa, has its own private entrance , comprises of one double bedroom . Large walk in shower room. Lounge with English satellite TV , fully equipped kitchen ( no oven ). Door leading from bedroom to totally private terrace with sun loungers / table and chairs.
This Cottage is totally wheelchair friendly with ramps from the parking area and door widths wheelchair access. The shower is wheel in with seat.

 The large terrace with 10x5 pool has ample sun lounging area, A fabulous barbeque hut with bar, outdoor furniture and sun loungers for 8 people, Plenty of covered area to sit and read .The villa and cottage have total privacy throughout and have plentiful areas for children to play, car parking etc. Several beautiful areas around the villa and cottage to sit and relax, be private, enjoy a glass of wine or sit down to “al fresco eating“ from one of the three select barbeque areas. It truly is a wonderful property to spend a relaxing holiday.
For Golfers, the villa has a full set of ladies and gents golf clubs plus golf balls for the use of clients ( free of charge ) along with half price rounds of golf ( 40 euros per person ) at Oliva Nova championship golf course, also use of a golf buggy for 15 euros a day. The course is only 30 minutes drive from the villa and set next to Olivas beautiful beach for the kids, the club house serves very good meals and all day breakfasts at excellent prices.
