The villa, which is very tastefully furnished throughout comprises of three large bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers .One large twin( plenty of room for third bed ) and two queen size Large open plan lounge / dining area with leather settees, tastefully designed glass and metal dining table and chairs,Sat TV, and fully equipped fitted kitchen with large fridge / freezer, washing machine and dishwasher all in stainless steel. A covered terrace across the full length of the villa gives plenty of shade from the sun .
Up and to the rear of the villa there is a large secluded terrace with 10 x 5 mtre pool with corner integral steps. Sun loungers. Enjoy “al fresco” cooking and dining courtesy of the built in barbeque with dinning tables and chairs. Further areas to the side of the villa for shade and sun
The village of Parcent is a 5 minute drive . Only a 25 minutes drive to the coastal town of Calpe and 10 mins to Jalon where you will find restaurants / bars / shops and the famous Bodegas for plenty of wine tasting.
