 Casa Colmenar is situated on the outskirts of the quaint Spanish village of Llosa de Camacho . Totally private yet only a short walk to the local bar, 5 minute drive to the beautiful Jalon Valley and only 20 minutes drive to the coastal towns of Denia, Javea and Calpe.
This stunning, country villa is set in its own grounds and is totally private with fabulous views of the surrounding mountains. Gated with drive and ample parking area . The whole villa is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout.. The lower level comprises of spacious sun lounge with beautiful cane seating, doors off to the left lead into the lounge with comfy settees, TV / DVD. Further door leading through to beautiful dining room with Castillian style furniture. Fabulous modern, fully equipped kitchen is found to the rear of the ground floor along with utility room and drying area. Leading off from the dining room is the master kingsize ( or twin ) bedroom with full ensuite bathroom and patio doors leading round to the pool and garden area. Stairs from the dining room lead up to a second kingsize (or twin room ) bedroom, double bedroom and separate shower room.
 Beautiful gardens and lots of “ nooks and crannies “ surround this villa to relax in the shade or sun. A lovely courtyard for “ Al Fresco “ dining and barbeque area. 8x 4 mtre kidney shaped pool with roman steps, ample area for sun bathing with loungers provided. Beautiful gardens and the most amazing views of the mountains.
There is a bar in the village for drinks and snacks. The local bread van delivers every morning. Only a short drive to ample restaurants, bars and shops.
