Set at the end of a cul de sac in a quiet residencial area with stunning views, Casa Rincon is made up of two levels. The upper level consists of master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and dressing area. Two twin rooms, one of which can accommodate an extra bed if necessary, and separate shower room. Patio doors from the hallway leading on to small terrace with chairs and table for that late night drink. Sweeping staircase leads downstairs hallway and third bathroom. Doors lead through to large lounge / dining room with stone fireplace, comfy seating, further patio doors that open onto a glazed in nyah. Brand new fully equipped kitchen with cane chairs and table breakfast bar leading into the conservatory and the garden and pool. 
Several terraces on different levels. 8 mtr x 4mtr kidney shaped swimming pool. Stone bench and tables with portable barbecue, Sunbeds . Fabulous views of the valley. Areas of total privacy for sunbathing. Ample parking down gated drive way.
The beaches at Denia or Javea are only a 20 minute drive away and Jalon only 15 minute drive where you will find bars / restaurants / shops in abundance. The famous caves of Benidolieg “ Cuevas de Benidolieg” are within walking distance of the villa.
