Casa Mattie is a stunning three bedroom, two bathroom villa, tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Situated 1.5 kilometres from the village of Lliber and walking distance to an excellent restaurant..The villa consists of queensize bedroom , with large ensuite shower room, patio doors out onto the pool terrace. One double bedroom with patio doors.Twin room which can fit extra beds or cot. Full separate family bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.The large living / kitchen / dining area has half cathedral roof with wooden beams. Built in log burner. Very comfy sitting area with English Satellite TV, DVD, Video.Comfy double Bed /settee sofa. Dining area seats up to 8 people around a large dark wood table. Patio doors from Dining and lounging area onto small balcony overlooking the valley with sitting area.

A 10 x 4 metre pool with roman steps is the centre piece of the outside terrace with sun loungers, swing settee and outdoor dining area. Ample space for parking with double covered carport. Pretty garden area around the side and front of the villa.
In the village of Lliber you will find local bars, a restaurant, butchers, chemist and general stores and a bank. Jalon is only a 10 minute drive to bars, restaurants , shops in abundance and large supermarket. The coast ( Calpe ) is only a 15 minute drive.
