Casa Romero is situated in the beautiful Jalon Valley,just a short distance from the village of Lliber and Jalon Town . Totally private with stunning views yet only 15 minute drive to the coast and beaches of Calpe and Moraira and only 20 minutes drive to the coastal towns of Denia, Javea.

This stunning, modern villa is set in its own grounds and is totally private with fabulous views of the Jalon Valley and surrounding mountains. Large driveway with ample parking area. The whole villa is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. The upper level comprises of entrance hall, through to the left is spacious lounge / dining room with archway to full equipped kitchen, doors off to the right lead onto an integral lounge with comfy settees and stunning views.

Further door leading through to covered nyah with wooden dining table and chairs. Leading off from the hallway to the right is the master double bedroom with full ensuite bathroom and walk in shower. Doors out onto the integral lounge. Guest toilet. Stairs from the hallway lead to the lower level with spacious hallway and doors leading out to the garden area. Two twin bedrooms and separate family bathhroom with separate walk in shower, and washing machine room. All three bedrooms have air conditioning units which are included in the price.
