Villa Muñeca is situated just over 1 km from the Calpe, set back along the coast road towards Moraira. Walking distance to the beach at Fustera, supermarket and restaurants. Short drive to the award winning Calpe beaches and town centre where you find find bars, restaurants, banks and great shops in abundance

This exquisite villa is set in its own grounds with full size Tennis Court, very large pool fabulous views of the sea..It is furnished inside to a very high standard. Electric gated covered parking and garage.

The ground floor comprises of impressive hallway with sweeping staircase leading to the upper floor. Large separate lounge with ample seating, fireplace, air conditioning unit, large screen TV with English satellite and DVD. Further down the hallway, Kingsize bedroom and double bedroom with separate bathroom, comprising of twin sinks, walk in shower and Vanity unit. Further doors leading to fabulous, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area; integrated washing machine, dishwasher; fridge/freezer; Built in oven and microwave; Gas Hob; TV and ceiling fans. Patio doors lead from the kitchen out to a large terrace, partially covered with beautiful wooden table and chairs for outdoor eating.
