This stunning, new villa is set in its own grounds and is totally private with fabulous views of the mountains and Valley. Gated with drive way leading to ample parking area with Palm trees. The whole villa is tastefully decorated throughout with fabulous furnishings.. The lower level comprises of hallway leading to Double bedroom with ensuite shower room and mini kitchen for breakfast. Doors through to spacious lounge with very comfy settes ,patio doors open out onto outdoor dining area and pool terraces. Large, fully equipped dining/ kitchen with seating for eight. Second hallway leading to double bedroom with ensuite shower room and large day bed , twin bedroom with ensuite shower room. Stairs leading to upper level for the master double bedroom with patio doors onto private terrace overlooking the valley. Large ensuite bathroom including separate shower and Jacuzzi bath. All rooms have fans . Airconditioning is available in all bedrooms as an optional extra.
 Parcent has a village square where the local market is held on Mondays. A famous Paella restaurant as well as local bakers, butchers and other excellent eating places.
